Florida State Parks cancellations

Sold out on Florida State Parks reservations? People cancel all the time, and the site goes straight back on sale with no notice. Pick a park below and your dates. We check it around the clock and email you when a site opens. You book it yourself, in your own Florida State Parks reservations account.

Our emails link to the campground's site grid on Florida State Parks reservations; pick the night there (its pages don't take a date from a link).

Florida State Parks cancellation policy for campsites

• More than 24 hours before check-in: a $17.75 cancellation fee, and the $6.70 service fee from booking isn't refunded. Everything else is.
• Within 24 hours of check-in: the same two fees plus the first night.

How far ahead: 11 months for Florida residents, 10 months for everyone else.

New dates open every day at 8 a.m. Eastern. A site someone cancels goes back on sale right after the cancellation, at any hour, which is when an alert catches it.

From Florida State Parks' FAQ, read Oct 4, 2026. Cabins, yurts and group sites often have their own rules; this is the one for campsites.
